Cold Cucumber Dill Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups cucumbers
- seeded
- chopped
- 2 cups fresh dill
- cut up
- 1 garlic clove
- minced
- 12 cup yogurt
- 12 cup sour cream
- 1 12 cups mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- cayenne
Instructions
- Puree all ingredients in food processor.
- Chill 3-4 hours before serving.
- Serve with salmon or poached white fish.
