Ingredients
- 500g TOBLERONE* Milk Chocolate
- chopped
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- dissolved in 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 150g butter
- chopped
- 1 cup chopped raisins
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Instructions
- Combine the Toblerone*, coffee mixture and butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth and chocolate has melted.
- Continue to cook for another 10 minutes, stirring very gently.
- (During this time the butter will separate from the chocolate, but it will reabsorb, just keep stirring.)
- Remove from the heat and stir through raisins and vanilla essence.
- Pour the fudge into a lined 20cm square cake tin and refrigerate until set.
- Remove from the tin and cut into pieces.
- Serve.
