Coffee 'n Cream Mini Pies

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 Land O Lakes All-Natural Egg
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
• 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
• softened
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream
• 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• Unsweetened cocoa
• if desired
• 44 chocolate-covered coffee beans
• if desired

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Combine all crust ingredients in bowl; beat at medium speed 6-8 minutes or until mixture forms a dough.
