Ingredients
- 400 grams Cod
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 Carrot
- 150 ml Soy sauce
- 120 ml Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Light brown sugar (caster sugar)
- 200 ml Water
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 1 Plain flour
- 1 Frying oil
Instructions
- Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces.
- Thinly slice the onion along the grain.
- Julienne the carrot.
- Remove the seeds from the chili peppers and slice into thin rounds.
- Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl with the water.
- Add the chili pepper, onions, and carrot.
- Dust the fish with flour and deep fry.
- While it's still hot, put it in the marinade from Step 2.
- Let the flavors mingle for 10 -15 minutes, and it's ready.
