Coconut Pudding Squares Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 teasoon salt
- 2 cans (12 ounce each) frzn coconut lowfat milk
- thawed
Instructions
- Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt.
- Add in 1/2 c. of coconut lowfat milk.
- Blend to make a smooth paste.
- Heat remaining lowfat milk over medium heat and add in cornstarch mix.
- Cook 20 min over low heat.
- Stir frequently till thickened.
- Pour into an 8 x 8 pan.
- Cold and chill.
- Cut into 1 1/2 inch pcs.
