Ingredients
- 1 can (400 mL) coconut milk
- chilled
- 1/4 cup Kraft All Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 tsp. maple syrup
Instructions
- Open can of milk.
- (Important note: Do not shake can before opening can.)
- Use spoon to scoop solid coconut cream layer from top of can into medium bowl.
- Reserve remaining coconut milk for another use.
- (See tip.)
- Beat coconut cream with mixer on high speed 1 min.
- or until light and fluffy.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
