Coating for Leg of Lamb

Ingredients

• dry mustard
• cider vinegar

Instructions

1. Make a fairly thick paste of the mustard and vinegar.
2. (The amount will depend on how large your roast is.
3. You want to have enough to liberally be able to coat all outside surfaces of the leg.)
4. Place in 325 degree oven and roast until desired temp.
