Ingredients
- 12 ribs Bone-in beef short ribs (sliced)
- 120 ml Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Doubanjiang
- 3 stalks Chopped spring onion
- 4 clove Garlic (grated)
- 3 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
Instructions
- Let the short ribs marinate for 2 hours to half a day.
- Then all you have to do is cook them on the barbecue grill!
- If you freeze the ribs in the marinade, the frozen pack will act like an ice pack and keep your meat cold on your way to a picnic or camping!
