Ingredients
- 1 side of salmon; deboned
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp ground oregano
- 1 tsp ground thyme
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 orange zest to garnish
Instructions
- Place salmon in saute pan or roasting pan with skin side down (skinless works).
- Pour OJ over salmon.
- Cover with seasoning.
- Roast at 400 approximately 25 minutes or until desired doneness
