Cinnamon Toast Greek Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Or Vanilla Fatt-Free Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
  • Packed
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • Cinnamon Toast Cereal
  • For Garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt and cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in powdered sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and mix until well-blended.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for at least 1 hour.
  4. When ready to serve, garnish with cereal on top, if desired.
  5. Serve with fruit, graham crackers, marshmallows, etc.
  6. Note: I made this twice: once with some cereal stirred in and once without.
  7. I liked it without cereal much better as the cereal got very soggy the longer it sat.
  8. If you serve this and plan for it to be eaten quickly, I would recommend stirring in some cerealthe added crunch was good while it lasted!
