Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain Or Vanilla Fatt-Free Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
- Packed
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- Cinnamon Toast Cereal
- For Garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mix yogurt and cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Stir in powdered sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and mix until well-blended.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for at least 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, garnish with cereal on top, if desired.
- Serve with fruit, graham crackers, marshmallows, etc.
- Note: I made this twice: once with some cereal stirred in and once without.
- I liked it without cereal much better as the cereal got very soggy the longer it sat.
- If you serve this and plan for it to be eaten quickly, I would recommend stirring in some cerealthe added crunch was good while it lasted!
