Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Light Corn Syrup
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 18 teaspoons Cardamom
- 18 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 18 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Pecan Halves
Instructions
- In a nonstick skillt over medium low to medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup.
- Add spices and salt.
- Stir.
- Add pecan halves, making sure pecans are equally coated.
- Cook for 57 minutes at the maximum.
- Remove pecans from pan and spread out on parchment paper.
- Let cool.
- Store in an airtight container for several days if not eaten the same day.
