  • 2 teaspoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 18 teaspoons Cardamom
  • 18 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 18 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Pecan Halves

Instructions

  1. In a nonstick skillt over medium low to medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup.
  2. Add spices and salt.
  3. Stir.
  4. Add pecan halves, making sure pecans are equally coated.
  5. Cook for 57 minutes at the maximum.
  6. Remove pecans from pan and spread out on parchment paper.
  7. Let cool.
  8. Store in an airtight container for several days if not eaten the same day.
