Ingredients
- 300 g (10.6oz) oats
- 50 g (1.8oz) chopped hazelnuts
- 50 g (1.8oz) flaked almonds
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds
- 50 g (1.8oz) sunflower seeds
- 100 g (3.5oz) brazil nuts
- 100 g (3.5oz) dried cherries
- apples
- pineapple or apricots
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 100 ml (3.5fl oz) maple syrup
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 150c/gas 2.
- Put all the dry ingredients, except the cherries and coconut, into a big bowl and mix well.
- Heat the oil, maple syrup and honey very gently in a non-stick pan and then pour over the dry ingredients.
- Spread out onto two baking trays and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, stir in the coconut and cherries, and bake for further 20 minutes.
- Stir it now and again so that it crisps up all over.
- Serve.
