Church Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- 14 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons bell peppers
- chopped
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 pork chops
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except chops and put in casserole dish.
- Top with pork chops.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for one hour.
