Chunky Toblerone* Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 125g butter
  • softened
  • 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 x 100g TOBLERONE* Milk Chocolate
  • White Chocolate or Dark Chocolate (or a combination of the 3)
  • broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, sugar and coffee mixture until well combined.
  2. Add the egg, beat until thick and creamy.
  3. Fold through the flour and cocoa until just combined.
  4. Place spoonfuls onto a lined oven tray, and press a triangle of Toblerone* into the top of each.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees C for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
