Chunky Monkey Shake/Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup lowfat chocolate milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 medium banana
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 splash of vanilla
Instructions
- put ingredients into blender about 15-30 seconds or until everything is mixed.
