Chopped Guacamole
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt or 1/3 teaspoon fine salt
Instructions
- Pit the avocados and scoop out of the fiesh.
- Give the avocado a few chops one way and then the other, then slide it into your serving bowl.
- Add the lime juice and toss to coat the avocado.
- Sprinkle on the salt and give the avocado a few more gentle tosses.
