Chocolate Velvet Crumb Cake
Ingredients
- 1 12 cups Bisquick
- 23 cup milk
- 34 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 13 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350*.
- Grease and flour square pan, 8x8x2.
- Beat all ingredients in large mixer bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, 30 seconds.
- Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 4 minutes.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake until wooden pick inserted comes out clean, about 35 minutes, cool.
