Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup BREAKSTONES or KNUDSEN Sour Cream", "1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Fudge Flavor Instant Pudding", "1/2 cup oil", "1/2 cup water", "4 eggs", "1 tsp. vanilla", "1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Beat all ingredients except COOL WHIP in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
- Bake 30 to 35 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
- Cool in pans 10 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
- Frost cupcakes with COOL WHIP.
