Ingredients
- 90 g soy flour
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 12 teaspoons sugar substitute
- 85 g sugar-free peanut butter
- 1 egg
- beaten
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
- 125 ml whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 12 teaspoon chocolate essence or 12 teaspoon flavoring
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190, or gas mark 5.
- Mix and sift soy flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sugar subsititute.
- in a bowl.
- Melt the butter.
- Combine peanut butter, melted butter, beaten egg, whipping cream and the essences or flavouring.
- Add both mixtures together and stir until blended.
- Drop by teaspoonsful on to greased baking tray and bake until brown ( about 10 minutes).
