Chocolate Mint Truffle Squares
Ingredients
- 1 lb semisweet chocolate
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- peppermint candy
- small chunks broken
Instructions
- Melt chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in heavy cream and mint liqueur.
- Spread into a 9-inch square pan lined with plastic wrap and chill until firm.
- Cut into squares approx 1 inch and press small chunks of broken peppermint in the top of each.
