  • 1/2 gal. green chocolate chip mint ice cream
  • 1 chocolate cookie crumb crust
  • pre-made or possibly your own

Instructions

  1. Cream ice cream with electric mixer or possibly blender.
  2. Scrape into chocolate crumb shell, cover and re-freeze.
  3. Cut into pie slices to serve.
  4. Serve with chocolate sauce (optional).
