Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. shortening
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/4 c. lowfat milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 3/4 c. flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 c. cocoa
• 18 marshmallows
• cut in half

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients, except marshmallows.
2. Drop by heaping tsp.
3. onto baking sheet.
4. Bake 8 min at 350 degrees.
5. Remove from oven and press half of marshmallow into each cookie.
6. Bake 2 min more and cold.
7. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
