Ingredients
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 1/4 c. shredded coconut
- 1 (12 ounce.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Measure flour, cocoa, baking pwdr and salt into sifter.
- Beat butter with sugar in a large bowl till light and fluffy; beat in Large eggs and peppermint extract.
- Sift in flour mix, blending well.
- Stir in coconut and chocolate chips.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min or possibly till hard.
- Cold on racks.
- Refrigeratebatter while cookies bake.
