Chocolate Coconut Bread

Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1-1/2 eggs
• 3 tbsp. fruit juice concentrate
• 3 tbsp. honey
• 1-1/2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
• 1/3 tsp. salt
• 1/3 cup coconut flakes
• 3 tbsp. vital gluten (optional)
• 3/4 cup wheat flakes
• 3 cups whole wheat flour
• 1-1/2 tsp. yeast
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips
• 1/3 cup nuts
• chopped

Instructions

1. For bread machine, use Raisin/Mix Cycle and add Chocolate Chips and Chopped nuts when indicated; or 5 minutes prior to the end of the second kneading cycle.
