Chocolate Chip Pudding Mix Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
• 1/4 c. shortening
• 1/2 c. chocolate chips
• 1 c. biscuit mix
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp. lowfat milk

Instructions

1. Cream shortening, pudding and biscuit mix.
2. Add in egg and lowfat milk; beat well.
3. Add in chocolate chips.
4. Drop dough with tsp.
5. on cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 min.
