Ingredients
- 3 1/3 c. unsifted flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- softened
- 1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. (6 ounce. size serving) Jell-O brand butter pecan
- chocolate
- chocolate fudge
- or possibly vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 Large eggs
- 3 c. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. minced nuts
- optional
Instructions
- Mix flour with baking soda.
- Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in a large mixer bowl.
- Beat till smooth and creamy.
- Beat in Large eggs.
- Gradually add in flour mix; then stir in chips and nuts (batter will be stiff).
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min.
- Makes about 10 dozen.
