Ingredients
- 1 cup soy flour
- 12 cup brown rice flour
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 34 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- packed
- 1 egg
- 1 cup banana
- mashed
- 1 34 cups oats
- 9 ounces chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts
- chopped
Instructions
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, xanthan gum.
- In another bowl, beat butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy, add egg and banana; mix well.
- Add flour to moist mix.
- Stir In oats, chocolate and walnuts.
- Drop by tablespoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
