Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. old fashioned or possibly quick oats
- uncooked
- 6 ounce. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pcs
- 1 c. minced pecans
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugars till light and fluffy.
- Blend in Large eggs and vanilla.
- Add in combined flour, soda and salt; mix well.
- Stir in oats, chocolate pcs and nuts.
- Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 min or possibly till golden.
- Yield: approximately 5 dozen.
