Chipped Beef & Artichokes Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 jar or possibly pkg. chipped beef
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- Pepper to taste
- 3/4 carton lowfat sour cream
- 1 can artichoke hearts
Instructions
- Prepare chipped beef with flour, lowfat milk, butter and pepper.
- Add in lowfat sour cream and artichoke hearts.
- Heat till warm, don't boil.
- Serve over toast.
