Ingredients
- 1 minced onion
- 1 minced pepper
- 2-3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. soft mustard
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 lbs. chip chop ham
Instructions
- Saute/fry onion and pepper in butter till soft.
- Add in mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and water.
- Heat slowly so sugar will not burn.
- When blended and heated separate chip chop ham and stir into sauce.
- Don't boil.
- Keep at low heat to keep hot.
- This is quick and easy and everyone's favorite to eat.
