Ingredients
- 8 oz. (225 g) Chinese pork sausage
- uncooked
- 2 cups halved thin English cucumber slices
- 2-1/2 cups grape tomatoes
- cut in half
- 1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh coriander (cilantro)
Instructions
- Fill metal steamer half full with water; bring to boil on high heat.
- Place sausage on heatproof plate; place in steamer.
- Cover steamer.
- Steam sausage 10 min.
- Remove from steamer; cool 5 min.
- Cut sausage diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices; place in large bowl.
- Add cucumbers, tomatoes and dressing; mix lightly.
- Transfer to platter; top with coriander.
