Chinese Chives Stir-Fry with Miso and Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch Chinese chives
- 1 small bag Bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Sesame oil
Instructions
- Cut the Chinese chives into 3 - 4 cm.
- Combine the ingredients.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, and stir-fry the bean sprouts over high heat.
- Add Chinese chives, and continue stir-frying briefly.
- Pour mixture, and mix well.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper.
