Chinese Barbecue Sauce (For Pork)

Ingredients

• 13 cup soy sauce
• 4 tablespoons brown sugar
• 3 tablespoons dry sherry
• 3 tablespoons catsup
• 1 minced garlic clove
• 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Baste pork frequently on the grill.
3. This sauce works great on all pork-- cook for 1 or 2 minutes after the final basting of the meat!
