Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet (6 oz.)
  • to taste cilantro
  • Chopped
  • to taste parsley
  • Chopped
  • 1 cup champagne
  • to taste parsley
  • for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place salmon on foil large enough to fold into a packet.
  2. Fold up the sides.
  3. Scatter the cilantro and parsley on top.
  4. Pour on the wine.
  5. Continue to fold the foil into a package, sealing the end and placing on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in preheated 450F oven for 12 minutes.
