Chimichurri Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup parsley
- chopped
- 1/4 cup chives
- chopped
- 1/4 cup
- green onions
- chopped
- 1 tablespoons garlic
- minced
- 1 small jalapeno or serano pepper
- seeded and diced
- 2 limes (juice)
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- kosher salt
Instructions
- In a non reactive bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Season with salt
