Chilli and Lime Oyster Shooters

Ingredients

  • 10 rock oysters
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 teaspoons gelatine
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT FREE* Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing
  • 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
  • 1 lime
  • sliced into thin wedges

Instructions

  1. Divide oysters between 10 shot glasses.
  2. Bring stock to the boil, remove from heat.
  3. Add gelatine and stir until gelatine has dissolved.
  4. Stir in dressing and chilli sauce.
  5. Cool to room temperature.
  6. Pour mixture evenly over oysters.
  7. Top with lime wedges.
  8. Chill for 1-2 hours until set.
