Ingredients
- 10 rock oysters
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 teaspoons gelatine
- 1/2 cup KRAFT FREE* Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing
- 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
- 1 lime
- sliced into thin wedges
Instructions
- Divide oysters between 10 shot glasses.
- Bring stock to the boil, remove from heat.
- Add gelatine and stir until gelatine has dissolved.
- Stir in dressing and chilli sauce.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Pour mixture evenly over oysters.
- Top with lime wedges.
- Chill for 1-2 hours until set.
