Ingredients
- 1/2 cube butter
- 1 pound cheese (shredded)
- 1 sm. can of condensed lowfat milk
- 7 ounce. can green chilies (remove seeds)
- 8 Large eggs
- 4 tbsp. flour
Instructions
- Heat 1/4 cube butter into a 2 qt baking dish.
- Sprinkle on flour.
- Lay chilies, spread open, over the flour.
- Layer the cheese and rest of chilies.
- Dot with remaining flour and butter.
- Beat Large eggs well, add in lowfat milk and pour over the layers.
- Bake at 350 degrees about 25 min or possibly till set.
