Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 30 ounces baked tomato beans (2 cans)
  • 15 ounces crushed tomatoes (1 can)
  • chili powder
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree

Instructions

  1. Fry ground beef well with a little butter in a medium saucepan, chop the onion and fry with the mince for a couple of minutes.
  2. Pour beans, crushed tomatoes and chopped peppers in the pan and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Then add salt and chili powder to your taste.
