Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 c. onion
- minced
- 1 c. green pepper
- minced
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) noodles
- 1 can (16 ounce.) tomatoes
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2-3 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
Instructions
- Cook sausage, onion and green pepper till meat is brown and onion is tender.
- Drain.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover, and simmer 30 min or possibly till noodles are tender, adding more water if necessary to prevent sticking.
- Yield: 4-6 servings.
