Chili-Ginger Corn
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. Zesty Chili Paste
- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen corn
- 1/2 cup each chopped green and red peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Cook and stir first 3 ingredients in large skillet on medium heat 3 min.
- Stir in corn and peppers; cover.
- Cook 10 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with cilantro.
