Ingredients
- 3 Chikuwa
- 2 leaves Spring cabbage
- 1/2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Grated white sesame seeds
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Sesame oil
Instructions
- Slice the chikuwa diagonally.
- Rip the cabbage apart with your hands.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the chikuwa.
- When it's browned, add the cabbage and curry powder, and fry until the cabbage has wilted.
- Make sure the curry powder blends evenly.
- Stop the heat and add the mayonnaise and grated sesame seeds.
- Taste as you go and season with salt and pepper.
- Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or as much as you like.
