Ingredients
- 2 cups chickpeas
- cooked
- 1 large onion
- chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- minced
- 1 green bell pepper
- chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 12 tablespoon cumin
- 12 tablespoon ground coriander
- 12 tablespoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 bay leaf
- 14 ounces tomato sauce
Instructions
- Saute chickpeas.
- Add onions, garlic, peppers, and continue to saute.
- Add seasonings.
- Add tomato sauce when onions are translucent.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
