Ingredients
- 4-6 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. white wine
Instructions

- Mix 2 Tbsp.
- flour, salt and pepper; use to coat chicken.
- 2.
- In warm butter in a large skillet, brown chicken well on both sides.
- 3.
- Add in wine, simmer, covered till chicken is cooked, about 20 min.
- Remove chicken to serving plate.
- 4.
- Make Mustard Sauce: Stir flour into drippings in skillet.
- Stir in cream (lowfat milk) and mustard.
- Boil, stirring for 1 minute.
- 5.
- Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
