Ingredients
- 2 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 cup KC Masterpiece Original BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cups Chicken Stock
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Minced
- 4 strips Bacon
- Chopped
- 1/2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded
- Sour Cream
- To Serve
- 6 cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions

- Mix the brine ingredients together, making sure all the salt and sugar are dissolved.
- Place chicken in a bowl (preferably glass) with the brine, cover with plastic wrap and let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 2.
- About 1/2 hour (or more) before youre ready to cook the chicken, prepare the marinade.
- Mix the BBQ sauce, chicken stock and garlic with a fork or whisk.
- Transfer the chicken from the brine into the marinade mix.
- Make sure to turn the chicken over so that its coated.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 1/2 an hour.

- Meanwhile, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- 4.
- Once your chicken has marinated, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking pan with foil and transfer the chicken to the pan.
- Bake on the middle rack for about 20-25 minutes, or until its done (depends on how big your chicken pieces are).
- 5.
- Remove chicken from the oven.
- Set the oven to Broil.
- Top each piece of the chicken with two strips of the bacon, and half of the cheese.
- Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes and keep an eye on itit just needs to melt the cheese.
- 6.
- Remove from the oven, top with a big dollop of sour cream, and serve.
