Ingredients
- 12 each chicken wings
- large
- wing tips removed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 each garlic clove
- crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon leaves dried
- 1 each bay leaves
- 1 x salt and pepper
- to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, tarragon, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
- Coat wings with mixture, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Place chicken wings in baking dish and dot with butter.
- Bake in preheated 400F (200C) oven for 15 minutes.
- Turn chicken wings and cook 15 to 20 minutes more until chicken is golden.
- Plain or curried rice would be a good side dish.
- Makes 4 servings.
