Ingredients
- 6 chicken breast tenderloins diced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- extra virgin
- 1 any stir fry sauce i used mandarin orange flavor
- 1 bag of stir fry vegetables
- 1 packages chow mein noodles
- 1 garlic powder & red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil add chicken cook about 5 to 8 minutes add seasoning to taste
- Now add veggies and mix into chicken, add your stir-fry sauce cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Veggies should be tender not soft.
- Cook chow mein noodles according to package directions.
- Plate noodles and top with chicken and vegetables enjoy.
