Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken
- skinless
- boneless and cubed
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- crushed
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 14 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 23 cup low fat natural yogurt
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
Instructions
- Mix everything but the chicken in a large bowl,then add the chicken and marinade approx 2 hours.
- Line a grill proof tray with foil,and spray lightly with oil.
- Preheat the grill to medium.Grill the chicken for about 15-20 mins,turning and basting a couple of times.
