Ingredients
- 5 chicken thighs.. bone in
- 1/2 cup white or red wine
- 1/4 cup worcestershire
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp dujon mustard
- 1 salt and pepper
Instructions
- heat to 350
- place chicken skin side up..add wine and Worcestershire
- mix honey and mustard in bowl....drizzle over chicken
- cover with foil for thirty min
- take off foil....spoon glaze mixture over chicken..
- put back I oven raise heat to 400... for thirty minutes
- check internal temp...should be 180
- let rest for ten .minutes.... enjoy
