Ingredients
- 1 whole Onion
- Diced
- 1 head Garlic
- Minced
- 2 packages Frozen Spinach
- Thawed
- 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken
- Meat Pulled Off The Bone And Shredded
- 1 box Small Or Medium Pasta Shells
- Cooked Al Dente
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- Shredded
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- Grated
- 1/2 cups Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 420.
- Saute onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add spinach and cook until all liquid has evaporated.
- Mix chicken, pasta, spinach mix, sour cream, mayo, mozzarella, and season to taste with salt & pepper.
- Pour into ovenproof casserole dish.
- Mix Parmesan and breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top of casserole.
- Bake 25-30 minutes.
