Over medium heat saute/fry chicken breast using 1 Tbsp.
oil; remove chicken.
Saute/fry chopped garlic, celery, onion and cabbage till soft.
Remove and scramble 2 Large eggs, using additional oil as needed.
Add in sauteed chicken breast and sauteed vegetables to scrambled Large eggs; sprinkle stir fry seasoning over these ingredients and add in the 3/4 c. water.
